Webxxs Services Ltd is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and responsible digital environment for all users of our services, platforms, and systems. This Abuse Reporting Policy outlines how suspected abuse can be reported and how it will be handled.

1. What is Considered Abuse

For the purposes of this policy, “abuse” includes but is not limited to:

  • Spam or unsolicited communications
  • Phishing attempts or fraudulent activity
  • Malicious use of websites, hosting, or CRM systems
  • Hacking attempts or unauthorised access
  • Distribution of malware or harmful code
  • Misuse of contact forms or communication systems
  • Any activity that breaches applicable UK law or digital security standards

2. How to Report Abuse

All abuse reports should be sent to the same official contact point:

Please include as much detail as possible, including:

  • Description of the issue
  • Relevant URLs, emails, or system references
  • Dates and times of incidents
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, etc.)

3. Response Time

We take abuse reports seriously and prioritise them accordingly.

We will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the report within 3 business days
  • Begin initial investigation within the same timeframe
  • Provide an update or outcome within 10 business days, where possible

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.


4. Investigation Process

Once a report is received, we will:

  • Review the reported activity and supporting evidence
  • Investigate any relevant systems or accounts
  • Take appropriate action where abuse is confirmed

Actions may include:

  • Suspension or restriction of services
  • Removal of malicious content
  • Security updates or system changes
  • Reporting to relevant authorities where required

5. Escalation of Abuse Reports

If you believe an abuse report has not been resolved appropriately, you may request an escalation review.

Escalation requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of our initial response.

We will acknowledge escalation requests within 3 business days and aim to provide a final outcome within 10 business days.
