Client Agreements
Every Webxxs service is covered by a plain-English agreement under the law of England and Wales. We publish them here so you know exactly what you're signing up to before you buy: what's included, how payment works, and how to end the service.
If you buy through one of our online payment links, the matching agreement below applies from your first payment. For tailored projects we send you the same agreement to sign, with your details and scope filled in. Each agreement works alongside our Sales Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Website Design Project Agreement
Website Starter, Growth and Performance plans, redesigns and integrations.
Key terms: One-off project fee, as set out in your package or quote.
HubSpot Implementation & Onboarding Agreement
HubSpot Starter Setup, Implementation Package and Hub onboarding.
Key terms: One-off fixed fee, as set out in your package or quote.
Monthly Support Subscription Agreement
Essential, Growth Optimisation and Performance Growth Partner plans.
Key terms: Rolling monthly by Direct Debit; 3 months' notice to cancel. Annual plans renew yearly unless 3 months' notice is given.
Digital Marketing Services Agreement
Paid Ads Management, Monthly Marketing Content, Social Starter and Content Growth.
Key terms: 3-month minimum, then renews in 3-month blocks; 30 days' notice before a block ends.
Domain, Hosting & Email Agreement
Domains, website hosting and business email managed by Webxxs.
Key terms: Monthly by Direct Debit; 30 days' notice to end. Domains are registered to Webxxs unless agreed otherwise, with a £75 transfer fee per domain if you move it.
Hourly Rate Services Agreement
Ad-hoc work outside a plan: Specialist £150/hr, Administration & Support £30/hr.
Key terms: Charged in 15-minute increments, with a minimum charge per request. Work outside business hours or turned around within one working day carries a 50% uplift, agreed with you first.
